Charter/Homeschool Funds

We work with students from Blue Ridge Academy, iLead Exploration, Excel Academy, Taylion Academy, and Sage Oak Academy.

Here are the steps to enroll:

1. Submit a purchase order request for the EXACT amount of your package directly to your charter school.
2. After submitting your request, register and pay the non-refundable $25 registration fee by clicking on this Registration link. When registering, please enter the STUDENT’S Name and Date of Birth. Please note that most schools do not cover this fee, so it will need to be paid out of pocket. It is important to complete your registration after submitting your purchase order request, as this is the only way we can communicate with you after receiving the approved order.
3. Once you receive the approved purchase order, contact us by emailing homeschools@luckyduckswimschool.com or calling us at 310-323-3383 to schedule your lessons. If we do not hear from you, our office will attempt to reach out to schedule your swim classes. If we do not receive a response after three attempts to schedule, the purchase order will be canceled, and you will need to resubmit a new request.
4. All lessons must be scheduled on weekdays (Tuesday–Friday) BEFORE 3:00 pm. Any lessons scheduled after 3:00 pm will be canceled at LDSS Discretion
5. Semi-private lessons are available for homeschool students, along with our private lessons. Not Group Classes. Please call our office before submitting your request.

Important Information

Lesson Pricing: Charter and homeschool students pay the same lesson rates as all other students. Please refer to our Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons pricing pages for current lesson package pricing. There are no different rates for charter or homeschool enrollments.

Lesson Expiration Policy: Charter and homeschool lesson packages follow the same expiration policies as all other students. A 4-lesson package expires after 2 months, and an 8-lesson package expires after 3 months.

Purchase Orders Received on or After April 15: Any charter or homeschool purchase order received on or after April 15 must be completed by June 15 of the current school year, regardless of the package’s standard expiration date. Any unused lessons remaining after June 15 will be forfeited. Lessons do NOT roll over into the next school year, and no exceptions can be made.

Schedule Early: We encourage families to submit their purchase order and complete registration as early as possible. Once we receive the purchase order, our office will contact you to begin scheduling lessons. Lesson availability is limited, and waiting until later in the school year may make it difficult to complete all lessons before their expiration date.

Summer Scheduling: Charter and homeschool lessons are NOT scheduled from June 16 through August. Scheduling for the new charter/homeschool school year begins in September and cannot be booked earlier.
