1. Set Up Your Customer Portal
Step 1: Open the email you received with your setup link to your customer portal. The setup must be done within 30 days or the link will expire.
Step 2: Click the link in the email to be directed to the portal registration page.
Step 3: Your username will already be provided. Create a secure password for your portal account.
Step 4: Complete the registration process, and you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
(Note: If you have multiple children, you will need to complete the setup process for each child separately, depending on the number of children you have.)
2. Navigate Your Portal Dashboard
Now that your portal is set up, here’s an overview of the key sections you’ll see:
Home Page: This is where you’ll find all available lesson packages. You can purchase them at your convenience when you’re ready. You can also view past and current newsletters to stay up-to-date with any announcements.
Bookings: In this section, you can view the services we offer, lessons you or the office staff have scheduled, and your session balances. You can also view and book available time slots and find staff details, including their availability and specialties.
My Profile: Here you can update your personal details, contact information, and preferences. You can also see your purchase history, manage payment preferences, and handle other account settings.
3. Book Your Lessons
Step 1: From the Home page, click on the “Bookings” tab.
Step 2: Click on “My Bookings,” then on the right side, click on “Make a New Booking.”
Step 3: Locate your lesson type (e.g., 15-minute private, 30-minute private, or homeschool 15 or 30-minute private lessons) and click on “View Schedule.”
- For Semi-private and Group lessons, these can only be booked through the office. Please contact us directly to schedule those sessions.
- For 30-minute lessons, you will need to select two consecutive white spots, as each white spot represents one 15-minute class.
Step 4: You can click on each individual instructor to view their available schedule. White spots represent available times to book, while gray/black spots indicate times that are unavailable. You can view the schedule week by week to find a time that works for you.
Step 5: Once you have found a time slot that works best for you, click on it. You will be shown our session cancellation policy. After reading it, click on “Make the Booking” to finalize your appointment. The confirmation email will be sent once your booking is made, and you will also receive a reminder email the day before your lesson.
(Note: If you have multiple children, you will need to log in to each of their individual accounts and book lessons separately for each child.)
4. Canceling Classes
Step 1: If you need to cancel a class, click on the “Bookings” tab.
Step 2: Your bookings calendar will pop up, showing all your scheduled lessons.
Step 3: Use the arrows to navigate through each week or month to locate the lesson you want to cancel. Then, click on the day of the lesson.
Step 4: Once you click on the lesson, you’ll have the option to either cancel it or reschedule—if you already have a new day and time in mind, you can select it right away.
Important: If you cancel a class within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the lesson will be lost and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
