Baby & Me

Seasonal: May – August

Duration: 30 min.

Age: 4M – 30M

☀️ Splash Into Summer with our Baby & Me Class 🌊

A gentle introduction to the water where parents and babies learn together. Many parents feel nervous about their baby’s first swim experience. Our Baby & Me program is designed to make that first step safe and positive for both parent and child. The earlier babies become comfortable in the water, the more naturally confidence and safety skills develop as they grow.

This isn’t just a splash session—it’s a progressive program built to help your child develop real water skills, grow in confidence, and feel at ease in the pool.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Please bring swim diaperstowels, and a change of clothes for your baby.

Q: Can my baby really learn to swim?
A: These classes focus on water comfort, safety, and bonding, which set the foundation for future swimming skills. While infants won’t be swimming independently, they’ll gain confidence in the water and learn essential skills that make swim lessons easier as they grow.

Q: Do I have to know how to swim to participate?
A: No! You do not need to know how to swim to participate. The class is held in the shallow side of the pool (3 ½ feet deep), where parents can comfortably stand while engaging with their little one.
