☀️ Splash Into Summer! Our Extended Baby & Me Class Is Still Going—Build Water Skills Before Summer & Fall Lessons! 🌊
Our 30-minute group sessions are designed for parents and their infants aged 4 to 30 months, providing a supportive, playful environment to gently introduce your little one to the water. Originally a spring-only class, we’re excited to share that Baby & Me is now extended through the end of June—just in time to prepare for summer and fall swim lessons!
This isn’t just a splash session—it’s a progressive program built to help your child develop real water skills, grow in confidence, and feel at ease in the pool.
The focus is on:
- Building water confidence and comfort
- Teaching basic water safety skills through guided instruction and playful activities
- Strengthening parent-child bonds in a fun, interactive setting
- Preparing your baby for private summer and fall swim lessons
Program Highlights
Learn breath control through fun activities (like gentle dips and cue-based games)
Practice floating and body positioning, laying the foundation for swimming
Improve motor coordination with music-led movement
Build early trust and independence in the water
Follow simple cues and routines, boosting listening skills and social-emotional development
Each week, we build upon previously learned skills, using repetition, music, and gentle guidance. Babies thrive when they know what to expect—and parents love seeing measurable improvement as their babies grow stronger in the water!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Please bring swim diapers, towels, and a change of clothes for your baby.
Q: Can my baby really learn to swim?
A: These classes focus on water comfort, safety, and bonding, which set the foundation for future swimming skills. While infants won’t be swimming independently, they’ll gain confidence in the water and learn essential skills that make swim lessons easier as they grow.
