FITNESS SWIMMING FOR ADULTS

An excellent activity for anyone who wishes to get fit and stay fit!
Are you looking for something more challenging than just lap swimming? Do you want to improve your endurance? strengthen your muscles, lose weight? Are you a beginner triathlete or long distance swimmer? If so, this class is for you!
FITNESS SWIMMING: It’s a group workout coached by a professional. Participants will be grouped by ability an fitness level in different lane lines; the coach will teach a pre-designed workout always giving technical instruction/assistance. Workouts will be designed towards training and technical improvements.
Who can Join?
Adults 18 years and older who can swim 80 yards (4 laps) of freestyle without stopping.
When?
Class 1: Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays @ 6:00am – 7:00am
Class 1: Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays @ 6:00am – 7:00am
Cost?
$110/month (3 times a week)
$15 enrollment fee
