Open Registration ALL YEAR long!!
There are three ways you can register and schedule your classes.
- Visit our office during regular business hours. Fill out the registration forms, make payment and we will go through the schedule book together to reserve your preferred days and times.
- Download registration forms here, fill them out and submit them below. Once we receive them, we will call you to schedule each lesson. Please make note, payment must be received in order to confirm your schedule. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation.
- Send your registration forms by mail with a check written to LUCKY DUCK SWIM SCHOOL. List possible days and times that work best for you. Once we receive them, we will call you to confirm your schedule.
All our classes are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
