Hi Alicia! I have to say I am THE oldest student currently taking swim classes at your school. I have nothing to say but all positive – your staff are all so wonderful, caring, personable and professional. Jackie has been so encouraging to me when I feel that my self esteem is down. She always have that smiling face when she greets me and all the families that come in – I told her yesterday that she was perfect for that job. She always made all the students like me look forward to the class. I cannot forget Kristina who has been my swimming mentor – very knowledgable and patient AND really nice! I am not 100% a swim pro yet but I will get there! Thank you LDSS – I am so satisfied with your school and have not hesitated my recommendation in a heart beat

I highly recommend this place to all!!! I really love it here. The energy here is addicting. They are not all about money. There are more expensive places out there and you leave unsatisfied. The YMCA offers group lessons of a group of 20 to 1 teacher, and they don’t get the help where they need it. My kids were far from water safe when I first enrolled them. I can honestly say I didn’t know what to expect at first, but am very impressed. The staff here is amazing. My favorite is Tania by far she is a water goddess! My 5 year old son’s motor skills are very slow, but she has worked magic. He loves her style and she can pinpoint his strengths and weaknesses. As far as my 11 year old daughter she had never had a lesson or experience and is having no trouble at all keeping up with her small group peers. Kristina has done a phenomenal job with her small groups of about five. Somehow she manages individual needs of each student. My daughter feels really comfortable and confident with her. Don’t forget to try Dominique for a few lessons as well. This young lady is tough and pushy and really knows what she is doing. She had my kids fearlessly jumping of the diving board by the second lesson. The number one thing about this place is customer service. They are all very friendly, great listeners, and keep you well informed of your child’s progress after each lesson. You are able to ask as many questions as you want and they never cut you short. Jackie is gifted at juggling around the schedule and finding you the best match to teach your child. She makes sure you understand everything clearly and keeps a great attitude the whole time. My kids are almost done with their first set of lessons and are now water safe. I will definitely be signing up for more lessons. Soon my kids will be floating like ducks and swimming like fishes!!!

I love the classes and staff at Lucky Duck. They helped my child become a much better swimmer. I feel that my child is safe in the water now.
