Group lessons have a four to one student to teacher ratio and are designed for students’ ages three and up. Each group is divided by age and ability in order to make sure that every student has an equal opportunity for growth. As a student progresses they are moved through groups accordingly, so that they may be placed in the best group for their learning needs.
A group lesson consists of twenty minutes of four to one time with the instructor, and fifteen minutes both before and after the lesson for practice or recreational use. It is important that students have this time before and after class to practice and reinforce their skills in the water.
